LET'S TALK ABOUT INFLAMMATION

Inflammation is part of an essential process for survival, since it works as a protective measure producing an innate immune response against certain agents such as viruses, bacteria, fungus, parasites, hypersensitivity, necrosis or death of tissue, trauma, radiation, toxicity. , among others, although this release of cytokines may be helping us, that same response can seriously affect our organs and with them even cause death in many cases, so controlling inflammatory levels in our body is essential to prevent different disorders or diseases

I summarize 5 of my recommendations to help reduce inflammatory levels in our body:

1.Breathing exercises

It promotes the circulation and oxygenation of our tissues, which produces a detoxification effect and consequently the reduction of inflammatory agents. The practice of meditation simultaneously with breathing exercises controls the exacerbated increases in cytokines that could trigger a chronic inflammatory disease.

2. Hydration and healthy eating

Both water consumption and conscious eating are key to reducing inflammation in every cell of our body. Currently, among the foods with the greatest tendency to inflammation are gluten, sugar, dairy products, processed food, alcohol and meat. predominantly red. The recommended diet is one that produces physical, mental and spiritual well-being since instinctively if we are what we eat.

3. Daily physical exercise

The cells of our muscle communication system induce anti-inflammatory responses through different mechanisms with each exercise session, in addition to long-term improvements in cardiovascular risk factors.

4. Sleep well

Being able to fall asleep is one of the best less expensive cell repair and anti-aging techniques.

5. Herbs and medicinal plants

There are different natural resources that work by balancing and even reducing inflammatory levels, such is the case of turmeric, licorice, Boswellia Serrata, aloe vera, CBD among others.

6. Supplements

Probiotics, DHEA, omegas, vitamins and other resources are available as an ideal complement in case of a deficiency, they are excellent buffers against inflammation and we can use them as part of an effective and personalized health plan for each case.
